• Stream limit: up to 250,000 total streams across all platforms.
• Song ownership: 50% PWRFREQ / 50% Artist.
• Must credit: “Produced by PWRFREQ.”
• Sample clearance is the responsibility of the Artist.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Beat alone.
• License is perpetual unless breached and remains valid if exclusive rights are later sold.
• Agreement is active immediately upon purchase/download/use.

• The Beat will be removed from sale after purchase (prior leases remain valid).
• Sample clearance is the responsibility of the Artist.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Beat alone.
• Agreement is perpetual unless breached.
• Agreement is active immediately upon purchase/download/use.
